Pastoral Care

The school seeks to ensure that all students feel cared for and valued. The pastoral care system encourages and reinforces a student’s personal and social development.

The House system is central to the school’s pastoral provision and provides the means by which each individual student is nurtured. All students are attached to a House and have a teacher Tutor who is primarily responsible for their pastoral care. Tutors oversee their students’ conduct in school, monitoring their academic work and encouraging the highest standards, developing their character, observing their relationship with other students, enforcing discipline and offering guidance and counselling.

A specialist Counsellor provides expert support where needed. Two nurses and the Special Needs Coordinator also provide specialist assistance.

教牧关怀

我们希望能照顾到每个学生，让他们在校园生活中找到自己的价值与归属感。教牧关怀体制的设立就是为了引导每个学生的个人发展，并让他们了解到自己在整个团体里的责任与义务。

家社制度正是教牧关怀体制的核心。每个学生会被分派到一个家社，并由一名导师监督他们的行为表现、学业成绩；鼓励他们竭尽所能、精益求精；培养他们的品德；观察他们与他人的交流与融合；给他们辅导与意见。

在必要的时候，专业辅导员也会介入，从中开导学生。我校也有两位护士及特殊教育协调员提供专业支援。
